Staff IT Network Engineer/Support

Responsibilities:
- Design and and implementation network infrastructure layout for client request.
- Configure, maintenance, and solve problem in Linux Centos, VDI, VM, Multi-point server, Cisco Router, Cisco Switch, VoIP Gateway, PABX System and Fiber Optic (FO).
- Installation of wired network devices (UTP, ADSL, Fiber Optic) and wireless (Ubiquity, Mikrotik), network routing and switching (Mikrotik, Huawei, HP, Cisco, OLT GPON), build and configure linux server, build and configure NMS (network monitoring system) such as Cacti and phpIPAM, network monitoring, network maintenance, remote maintenance of cases faced by customers, and provide solutions for customer cases, and more.
- Providing pre-sales technical specification
- After-sales support services, maintenance and troubleshooting network and system
- Arranging and carrying out product training
- Preparing reports for activities of visit and support
- Making technical presentation and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
- Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
Requirements:
- Mandatory Advanced VMware Virtual server, VDI, LINUX Server & Centos, CABLING, FIBER OPTIC, CISCO Networking, WINDOWS Server, MIKROTIK, Networking Routing&Switching, LAN/WAN
- Based in Jakarta
- 2-5 years of experience in technical support with customer relationship in sector AV and IT would be an advantage
- Results oriented, self-motivated, team player and capable of working effectively with the sales team and channel partners
- Good presentation and interpersonal skill
- Possess valid driving car license and have own transportation
- Able to travel within the region or overseas
- Able to work outside office hour
- Effective in both spoken and written English, as well as MS Office applications
