WHY JOIN US?
CFLD has launched a global expansion strategy in July 2015. In terms of New Industry City projects, CFLD has delegated teams to ten countries - the United States, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Egypt, Thailand, Myanmar, Phillippines - to coordinate communication and collaboration with the local governments, business partners and Chinese enterprises. At the end of 2015, CFLD and Indonesia AS Company signed a memorandum to set up a joint venture to develop a New Industry City in Tangerang city, Banten province. This inaugural overseas operation of New Industry City indicates the international recognition of CFLD’s expertise and leading position in this industry, marking a milestone in the company’s go-global strategy.
CFLD aims to build a global Innovation Incubator Network. Currently, incubators have been established in global entrepreneurship hubs, including among others Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv, Frankfurt. Over 40 incubators will be set up worldwide in the next three years to establish a global network of innovative resources. CFLD has worked out an international development plan with annual revenue of more than 10 billion RMB. It will implement 20 New Industry City projects in Southeast Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe in the next three years to truly enhance its worldwide presence.

Job Descriptions:
- Mastering product knowledge and good presentation skills.
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer database.
- Having good network and relationship with property investors and ability to serve the needs of existing customers.
- Expanding business opportunities through various channels to market.
- Planning, executing, and developing sales strategies.
- Setting and reaching sales targets for each individual members and team as a whole.
- Recruiting and Training Sales Staff.
- Monitoring sales team performance and motivating team to reach targets.
- Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales activity and achievements.
- Doing market research and collecting customer feedback.
Job Requirement(s):
- At least have 5 (five) years of working experience in real estate management sector and industrial cities.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Have strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, confidence, influencing and communication skills.
- Able to work under high pressure environment to achieve all sales target.
