HRD & GA Staff

Min 2 years (Staff (non-management & non-supervisor))
Indonesia - Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat
Responsibilities:
- Make a HR system that effectively and efficiently, for example by creating SOP, job description, training and development system, including the HRIS etc.
- Responsible for matters relating to employee presence and absenteeism, and company regulations
- Responsible for employment contract employees and related matter
- Building company culture and implement them
- Responsible for General Affair issue such as: maintain and manage company asset (building, cars, utilities etc).
- Responsible for good working environment, lay outs etc
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- Graduated from Bachelor (S1) Degree
- Having experience as HR & GA , minimum 2 years
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal & communication skills
- Having Good Skill in Computer and English
- Having strong leadership, and having high motivation and commitment to achieve target
- Able to perform good work under pressure and time limit
