JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing employee's monthly attendance report
- Filing employee's data profile (manual and computerized)
- Doing administrative jobs for Human Resource Department
- Assisting employee's needs of working equipments (ID Card, Parking Card, Telephone Passwords, Insurance, Jamsostek, etc.)
Job Requirement :
- Age 22-25 year
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Willing to work in Pluit (North Jakarta)
