JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Meets and liaises with clients to discuss and identify their requirements in for on-going and new projects of the Company.
- Works with Account Executive and Managing Director to devise design projects that meet the clients’ brief, budget and timeline.
- Liaises with and acts as the link between the client and the Company by maintaining regular contacts and attend meetings as needed to ensure that communication flows effectively. Also liaises with vendors ensuring work flow and project management is effective and on time.
- Produce quotations and negotiate with clients and the Company’s creative team on details of projects, including presenting them for approval.
- Manages project’s costs and initiates invoicing clients for on-going projects ensuring budgets and timeline is met.
Qualifications
- Min 2-3 professional experience, preferably at a creative company
- Minimum D3 Diploma Certification in any major
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Project Management Extraordinaire
- Established Clientele Network is an advantage
